NEPSE Loses Minimal 0.11% to Close at 1,937.74; Six Sectors Close Green Led by "Finance"

The NEPSE index closed at 1,937.74 today after losing 2.13 points from last trading day. This is a loss of 0.11%. The index had lost 11.97 points yesterday.

The index opened at 1,940.19 and went intraday low at 1,925.22. Then the index made intraday high at 1,947.91 and ultimately closed at 1,937.74.

227 scrips traded hands via 22,176 transactions. Furthermore, a total of 3,401,762 shares exchanged hands amounting to Rs. 1.044 Arba in the turnover amount. This is alot lower than last trading day's turnover of Rs. 82.62 Crores.

Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI) had the highest turnover of Rs. 5.15 crores closing at a market price of Rs. 870 per share. The shares of Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF) traded the most.

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (GILB) gained the highest 4.49% for the day.

On the other side of things, Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) lost the highest 6.49% today.

Six sector indices closed green, "Finance" gained the highest 1.37% while "Others" lost the highest 1.33%.
