NEPSE lists 2.68 lakh units shares of Sanima Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 2, 68,755 units shares of Sanima Bank Limited today (Magh 27, 2073) for trading. The shares have been listed after the acquisition of Bagmati Development Bank Limited by the commercial bank. Sanima Bank and Bagmati Development Bank had commenced joint operation from Poush 29, 2073 as Sanima Bank Limited after SANIMA acquired Bagmati Dev Bank in the share swap of 100:41. Sanima Bank has earned net profit of Rs 62.25 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
