NEPSE Index Dips By 4.05 Points on the Last Trading of This Week

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a single-digit loss today, losing by 4.05 points (0.15%) to close at 2,650.09. This follows a loss of 13.82 points in the previous trading session.

 

The benchmark index opened at 2652.91 and fluctuated between an intraday high of 2,657.44 and a low of 2,641.93 before settling at the close. Total turnover for the day amounted to Rs. 3.77 Arba, with 10,313,979 shares traded across 334 companies through 46,912 transactions. The total market capitalization stood at Rs. 45.54 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 15.36 Kharba.


Solu Hydropower Limited (SOHL) topped the turnover chart, recording transactions worth Rs. 39.25 crores. The company’s stock closed at Rs. 688.00.


Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) hit the upper cirucit with a 8.60% gain. The stock closed at Rs. 5,999.00.

 

Meanwhile,Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Company Limited (ULHC) recorded the Highest fall, falling by 6.93 %. The last traded price of the company was Rs. 379.00.


Among sectors, the Mutual Fund recorded the highest gain, gaining by 0.51%, while the Finance Index recorded the highest loss, down 0.70%.
