NEPSE Gains 10.75 points (0.77%) to close at 1402.21; Total Turnover Rs. 1.07 Arba; All sectors in green besides Hydropower

NEPSE closed at 1,402.21 today with a gain of 0.77% or 10.75 points. The turnover stood at Rs.1.07 Arba achieved through the trade of 3,591,048 units of shares traded through 16,724 transactions of 184 scrips.

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) posted the highest turnover of Rs.7.8 crores with LTP at Rs.283 per share. It also stood ahead in terms of volume with a trade of 273572 units of shares.

Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) hit a 10% positive circuit today while Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Limited (CHL) was today’s top loser after losing 4.4%.

Float index gained 0.76 and closed at 98.31 while the Sensitive index closed at 290 after gaining 1.14 points.

All sectors gained today besides hydropower that lost 0.15%. Meanwhile, non-life insurance gained the most 2.46%.
