NEPSE Falls by 13.69 Points; RADHI Tops Turnover While Overall Volume Stood at Rs. 9.90 Arba

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a loss today, losing by 13.69 points (0.51%) to settle at 2,664.47. This follows a 25.07-point gain in the previous session. 

The benchmark index opened at 2,677.53, touching an intraday high at 2,686.45, while the lowest point was 2,660.86. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 9.90 Arba, with 22,075,769 shares traded across 307 companies through 81,703 transactions. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 44.38 Kharba, while the float market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 14.96 Kharba.

Radhi Bidyut Company Ltd (RADHI) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 61.57 Crores. The stock closed at Rs. 849.80.

Two companies led the gainers' list, hitting the upper circuit limit each.

Meanwhile, Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd (SAPDBL) recorded the steepest drop, falling 4.83%.
 
 
Among sectors, only the Hydropower Index registered the increase, gaining 1.13%, while the Others Index saw the highest loss at 1.57%.
