NEPSE Couldn't Sustain Yesterday's Gain, Dips By 0.06% to Close at 2,711.22 Level

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a loss today, declining by 1.64 points (0.06%) to settle at 2,711.22. This comes after gain of of 8.78 points in the previous trading session on yesterday.
The benchmark index opened at 2718.07 and reached an intraday high of 2,724.27, while the day’s low stood at 2,705.55. Total turnover for the day amounted to Rs. 3.19 Arba, with 7,131,557 shares traded across 336 companies through 47,841 transactions. The total market capitalization stood at Rs. 46.24 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 15.43 Kharba.
Solu Hydropower Limited (SOHL) topped the turnover chart, recording transactions worth Rs. 22.11 crores. The company’s stock closed at Rs. 711.00.

Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) Led the gainer's list with 13.74%. The Stock closed at Rs. 1,300.00.

Meanwhile, Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited (BGWT) recorded the Highest fall, falling by 8.90%, the last traded price of the company was Rs. 628.60.

Among sectors, the Mutual Fund registered the highest gain by 0.80%, while Manufacturing And Processing recorded highest fall, falling by 0.56%.
