Nepal Telecom becomes the 97th company to dematerialize its share

Nepal Telecom has become the latest company to enter into an agreement with CDS and Clearing Limited to dematerialize its shares. Nepal Telecom is the 97th company to do so.

The agreement was signed by Subodh Sharma Sigdel, the CEO of CDS & Clearing Limited and Buddhi Prashad Acharya, the managing director of Nepal Telecom on Chitra 30, 2071.

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited has posted a net profit of Rs.6648.36 million in the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
