Nepal Rastra Bank's international conference kicks off

KATHMANDU:

The Second International Conference on Economics and Finance kicked off here from Thursday. Organised

by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the central bank, the three-day event has brought together policymakers and researchers of

12 different countries. A total of 53 papers on economics and finance are expected to be presented during the event. These papers are expected to help the government in formulating various policies. The conference was last held in 2012 when around 60 papers on economics and finance were presented. — HNS
