Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited Announces Postponement of It's Third AGM

Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited (NMIC) has postponed its third Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was previously scheduled for Baisakh 10, 2083 at Hotel Midtown, Bharatpur, Chitwan.
The decision was made during the company’s 52nd board meeting held on Baisakh 4, 2083, citing special reasons that made it impractical to conduct the meeting on the announced date.
The company has also cancelled the earlier AGM notice and put the book closure date Chaitra 26, 2082 and AGM on hold until further notice. A new date will be announced later. The company has apologized to its shareholders for any inconvenience caused due to the postponement.
