Nepal Micro Insurance Calls AGM On Baisakh 10; When's the Book Closure Date?

Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited (NMIC) has called its 3rd AGM on 10th Baisakh, 2083. The meeting will be held in Chitwan Mid town Hotel starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet , Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2081/82 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an Auditor for FY 2082/83 and to determine their remuneration.
4. To approve the expenses incurred for corporate social responsibilty.
5. Misc.

Chaitra 26 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
