Nepal Life Insurance inaugurates sub-branch office in Chandragadi

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has inaugurated its sub branch office in Chandragadi, Jhapa.
The newly opened branch was inaugurated by Mr. Shreeman Karki, Managing Director of Beema Samiti.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Karki said the development of insurance sector has had positive effect in economy and has been able to give fair competition to the banking industry.
Mr. Bibek Jha, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company said NLIC will expand branch network in all districts of Nepal. Also, they are looking forward for the betterment of insurance agents, employees and insurer of the company.
Issuing a press statement published today, Nepal Life Insurance said that, it has successfully collected around Rs 3.80 arba as insurance premium collection in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75. It has been able to earn net profit three times compared to corresponding quarter which remains at Rs 17.75 crore. Likewise, NLIC’s insurance fund surged by 26.47 percent to Rs 43.36 arba.
NLIC has made total investment of around Rs 50 arba. The company provides highest bonus of Rs 65 to Rs 82 to its insured customers.
