Nepal Investment Mega Bank Concludes 39th Annual General Meeting

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) successfully concluded its 39th Annual General Meeting in Kathmandu under the chairmanship of Prithivi Bahadur Pande, with strong shareholder participation. The meeting reviewed and discussed the annual report, auditor’s report, and financial statements for the last fiscal year.

For FY 2081/82, the bank recorded a net profit of Rs 4.33 Arba. Total deposits increased by Rs 69.48 Arba to Rs 4.76 Arba, while net loans and advances grew by Rs 20.84 Arba to Rs 3.39 Arba.
The bank’s investment portfolio expanded by Rs 35.87 Arba to Rs 1.42 Arba, and total shareholders’ equity reached Rs 64.98 Arba, supported by a paid-up capital of Rs 34.13 Arba. NIMB currently delivers modern banking services through 271 branches, 259 ATMs, 65 extension counters, and 60 branchless banking units nationwide.
