Nepal Bitumin and Barrel Udhyog to conduct AGM for three years; AGM to be held on Baisakh 25

Nepal Bitumin and Barrel Udhyog Limited (NBBU) will be conducting its pending AGM on Baisakh 25, 2075.

The company will be conducting its 27th, 28th and 29th AGM on the same date. The AGM will be held at The Embers Restaurant, Krishnagalli, Lalitpur from 4:00 PM.

The agendas of the meeting include;

• Issuance of board of directors’ 27th, 28th and 29th annual report.
• Issuing audited financial report of FY 2071/72, 2072/73 and 2073/74
• Appointment of statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2074/75.
• Appointment of 2 directors from the ordinary shareholders group
