Nepal Bank Board Reshuffled; Three Directors Appointed

Nepal Bank Limited has reshuffled its Board of Directors, with three new directors appointed and three existing directors leaving the board.

According to the notice issued by the bank to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), Pitambar Bhandari and Devraj Joshi have been appointed as directors representing the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance. Similarly, Subash Khadka has been appointed as a director representing the Employees Provident Fund.

The bank also informed that Shobakanta Paudel, who had been serving as Chairman representing the Ministry of Finance, along with Director Amrit Lamsal and Director Jeevan Kumar Katwal, representing the Employees Provident Fund, have left the Board of Directors. The newly appointed directors will represent their respective institutions on the bank’s board
