Neco Insurance (NIL) Proposes 16.32% Dividend for FY 2076/77

Neco Insurance Company Limited (NIL) has proposed a 16.32% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

406th BOD meeting of the company held yesterday, i.e. Jestha 09 has passed the financial statements of the FY 2076/077. The company has proposed a 15.5% bonus share and 0.82% cash dividend (for tax purposes) to the shareholders. The dividend will take the company's paid-up capital to Rs. 152.15 crores.

The proposal is subject to the approval of Beema Samiti and the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, the company's shares have an LTP of Rs. 1,707.
