Neco Insurance Limited (NIL) has proposed a 15.7894% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 497th board of directors meeting held on Poush 30 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. The company has proposed a 3% bonus share and 12.7894% cash dividend (for tax purposes) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
NIL closed at Rs. 618.00 .
