Nabil Bank’s CEO Sashin Joshi resignation approved; Upendra Paudyal nominated as director

Nabil Bank has approved the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Sashin Joshi. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the BOD meeting of the company held on Mangsir 18, 2074 has approved the resignation of its CEO Mr. Sashin Joshi effective from Falgun 5, 2074. Earlier, Mr. Joshi had resigned from NIC Asia bank after the completion of his tenure in the respective bank and joined Nabil Bank on Ashad 23, 2074. He was a Director of the Board and Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Nepal before moving to NIC Bank. He started his career as a management trainee from Nepal Arab Bank (Nabil Bank at present) in the year 1983 AD. Meanwhile, Mr. Upendra Prasad Paudyal has been nominated as the director of the company in place of Mr. Krishna Prasad Sharma from NB International Ltd.
