Nabil Bank Opens Education Hub to Support Students Bound for Overseas Study
Nabil Bank Limited has launched the Nabil Bank Education Hub at Putalisadak, Kathmandu, offering education financing, financial advisory and specialized banking services for students planning higher education abroad.
The hub was jointly inaugurated on Monday by Australian Ambassador to Nepal Simon Ernst, Chairman of Nabil Bank, Nirvana Kumar Chaudhary and CEO Manoj Kumar Gyawali, in the presence of the bank's board members and senior management.

The center is designed for students, parents and educational consultancies, offering integrated banking solutions and advisory services throughout the overseas education journey from admission planning to education financing, foreign exchange services and post-graduation loan repayment.
Chairman Chaudhary said the initiative reflects the bank's commitment to investing in education as a driver of national development, adding that Nabil plans to expand Education Hub counters across its branch network in the coming days. CEO Gyawali called it the first initiative of its kind in Nepal's banking sector, describing it as a one-stop platform combining education financing, foreign exchange services and financial planning. A key feature of the bank's education loan is a moratorium facility that lets students defer repayments during their study period.
