Nabil Bank Opens Applications for Sixth Cohort of Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship and Certificate Courses
Nabil Bank Limited has announced applications for the new cohort of its Fellowship Program and Certificate Course under the Nabil School of Social Entrepreneurship (Nabil SSE), aimed at fostering social entrepreneurship and inclusive development. Nepali citizens aged 18 and above can apply online until November 13, 2025 (Kartik 28, 2082).
CEO Manoj Kumar Gyawali said the program aligns with national goals of poverty reduction, empowerment, and inclusive growth, focusing on marginalized communities. The six-month Fellowship Program, conducted with Tribhuvan University, offers training, mentorship, and financing support to social entrepreneurs, with 76 fellows and 62 active enterprises established so far.
The three-month Certificate Course, available in all seven provinces, has already benefited over 1,000 participants, promoting local entrepreneurship. This year, Nabil SSE will emphasize province-specific themes such as agro value chains, digital innovation, green enterprises, tourism, and rural livelihoods.
To date, Nabil SSE has contributed to over 17,000 job creations, reinforcing Nabil Bank’s commitment to sustainable development through its CSR initiatives in entrepreneurship, education, health, and climate resilience.
