Muktinath Bikas Bank (MNBBL) Proposes 18.5% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has proposed an 18.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 260th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 12 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.81 arba. The entirety of the dividend has been proposed in bonus shares, except for a small portion for tax purposes.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, MNBBL has an LTP of Rs 712.
