Muktinath Bikas Bank Launches Special Home Loan Scheme

Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has launched a special home loan scheme targeting Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath, as well as its participation in NADA Auto Show 7 and Housing and Construction Expo 2026.

Under the scheme, customers can avail home loans at an interest rate of Base Rate + 0.25% for house construction, home purchase, and other housing needs. The bank will finance up to 70% of the assessed property value, while first-time home buyers can receive financing of up to 80%.

The scheme will remain valid until the end of Kartik 2083, after which the bank’s prevailing interest rates and loan terms will apply.

The facility is available through all 176 branches of the bank. Muktinath Development Bank is also offering special loan schemes for auto loans, agriculture, and SME businesses.
