Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN) has proposed a 21.05263% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The 146th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 26 has proposed a 21.05263% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. 20% bonus shares and 1.05263% cash dividends (for tax purposes) have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming 13th AGM.
Kartik 10 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders who have maintained their shares until today are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend the AGM.
MEN closed at Rs. 647.00 yesterday.
