Mithila Laghubitta (MLBBL) Proposes 12.63% Dividend for FY 2076/77; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has proposed a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 206th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 23 has decided to distribute 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for the fiscal year. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 12,17,40,842, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1,46,08,901 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 7,68,889.53.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
