Mirmire Laghubitta (MMFDB) Proposes 20% Bonus Shares for FY 2077/78

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) has proposed 20% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 30 has decided to distribute bonus shares worth Rs. 8,70,14,231 from the paid-up capital of Rs. 43,50,71,156.50. Since the company has just come out of the acquisition procedure, it has received tax exemption on bonus shares.

Note that the proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement from the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, MMFDB has an LTP of Rs. 1,934.
