Mid Solu Hydropower Basic Shareholder Plans to Sell 100,000 Shares

Mid Solu Hydropower Limited has announced that one of its major shareholders intends to sell a portion of their holdings. The shareholder, plans to sell 100,000 shares within the next three months.
This notice follows regulations set by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Under directives issued on Bhadra 9, 2083 major shareholders who plan to sell 5 percent or more of their holding must notify the company at least 15 days in advance.
This policy is in controversy right now, many companies shares are declined after basic shareholder intention sell. One of the company falls more than 37% after share holder exit information, but whether the mentioned shareholder actually sold his share or not is remain undiscovered. This intention to sell share create panic selling pressure in the market that leads to the fall in the stock prices.
