Market sees another double digit loss as it opens for the week; Srijana Finance Limited hits the positive circuit

The market was losing for the whole day today. NEPSE opened for the week with double digit loss of 17.11 points or 1.35% and closed at 1252.80 points. The turnover today stood at Rs.49.26 Crore achieved from trade of 1,937,041 units of shares traded through 6,698 transactions trading scrips of 166 listed companies in the process.

Agriculture Development Bank (ADBL) posted the highest turnover today worth Rs.4.08 Crore with LTP of Rs.425 per share. Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) stood ahead in terms of volume with trade of 118,728 units of share. The LTP stands at Rs.339 per share.

Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) hit the positive circuit today as it gained 972% or 21 points and closed at Rs.237 per share. Union Hydropower Limited (UNHPL) was today’s top loser as it lost 8.23% or 7 points and closed at Rs.78 per share.

Sensitive Index lost 3.43 points and closed at 270.04 points while Float Index lost 1.31 points and closed at 92.19 points.

Mutual Funds was the only gaining sub-index today while the rest of the sub-indices ended in the red zone after losing points.
