Manakamana Microfinance elects Mr. Achyut Pant as BoD from independent group; young microfinance to go public by coming fiscal year and to open window for merger/acquisition

Manakamana Laghubitta of Butwal has appointed Mr. Achyut Pant into its board from the independent group. Mr. Pant is a post graduate in Economics and works as a lecturer in several colleges.

Chairman of the microfinance Mr. Ajay Goenka has administer the oath of secrecy and designation to the newly elected BoD Mr. Pant, as per the media statement.

The young microfinance is currently providing its services from its 16 branches and is making attempts to issue shares to general public in the upcoming fiscal year. The microfinance has also called the SGM on Asad 27, 2076 to decide on its proposal to go under merger/acquisition process.
