Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank provides Laxman Babu scholarship to 8th grader from Nandi Ma.Vi. of Naxal; provides Rs 50 thousand to needy student for his education
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, under its CSR initiative, has handed over Laxman Babu Scholarship to Mr. Santosh Kumar Mandal studying in 8th grade in Shree Nandi Ma.Vi. in Naxal of Kathmandu.
BoD of the bank Mr. Rajesh Babu Shrestha who is the son of Late Laxman Babu Shrestha, the former BoD of the bank handed over the scholarship amount to the student Santosh Kumar Mandal whose financial condition is not intact for his education where the bank chipped in with the financial support of Rs 50 thousand, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 103 branches across the nation serving its 6 lakh customers.
