Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank (MLBL) Proposes 9.26% Dividend for FY 2076/77; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) has proposed the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 20 has proposed a 9.26% dividend from the paid-up capital maintained as of Ashad's end, 2077. The paid-up capital as of Ashad's end, 2077 was Rs. 3,07,20,61,328. The company has proposed 9% bonus shares and a 0.26% cash dividend for tax purposes.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming 19th AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 288.
