Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Gives NPR 51 Lakh to PM's Disaster Relief Fund

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has contributed Rs. 51 lakh to the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund, supporting relief and rescue efforts following the Bhotekoshi- Trishuli flooding on Bhadra 10, 2083. The amount combines the bank's own contribution with one day's salary from employees. 

The floods caused extensive damage across caused extensive damage to lives and property in various areas of Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, and Chitwan, including Rasuwagadhi, Timure, Syaphrubesi, Betrawati, Trishuli, Devighat, and surrounding areas.

The bank offered condolences to families who lost members in the disaster and wished a speedy recovery to the injured, saying it would continue supporting relief and rehabilitation efforts alongside authorities.
