Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Celebrates 31st Anniversary with Employee Honors and Toastmasters Launch

On the occasion of its 31st anniversary, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank honored 26 employees who have dedicated 20 years of service with honesty, professionalism, and responsibility. The recognition ceremony took place in Kathmandu, attended by the bank’s Chairman, Board of Directors, CEO, and staff members from various branches.

The bank acknowledged the vital contributions of these employees to its growth and stability, expressing confidence that their experience and guidance will continue to benefit the institution.

The event also marked the official launch of the Mahalaxmi Toastmasters Club, the first such initiative among development banks in Nepal. This club, affiliated with Toastmasters International, aims to enhance employees' leadership, communication, and public speaking skills.
