Lock-in Period of 86,194 Units of Salapa Bikas Bank Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Ashadh 24

Salapa Bikas Bank Limited (SABBL) has informed that the lock-in period of 86,194 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 24th Ashadh, 2083.

The company had an issued capital of Rs. 52.23 Crores. Out of the total 17,23,880 units, 86,194 (i.e., 5% of 17,23,880 ) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.

Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
