Lock-in Period of 34,484 Units of Suryakunda Hydro Electric Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on 4th Bhadra

Suryakunda Hydro Electric Limited (SKHEL) has informed that the lock-in period of 34,484 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 4th Bhadra, 2083.

The company has an issued capital of Rs. 68.96 Crores. Out of the total 6,89,675 units, 34,484 (i.e., 5% of 6,89,675) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.

Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and other concerned stakeholders.
