Locals in road blacktopping campaign

Locals of Pathari-Shanishchare municipality have joined their hands in a road blacktopping campaign. The blacktopping of the road that connects wards 9, 10 and 15 of Pathari-Shanischare municipality is being carried out with the financial assistance of government and mobilization of kind labour. People's participation in development works has increased after Pathari-Shanischare was turned to a municipality. Now the local people are working together to construct a 33-feet wide road with drainage system. Road Users Committee Chairperson Rishi Raj Poudel said the fund of Rs 6 million including Rs 3 million from locals and Rs 3 million from Urban Development Ministry was raised for the purpose. RSS
