Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited Concludes 16th AGM; Approves 11% Dividend

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has concluded it's 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Laxmi Complex, Hattisar, Kathmandu, on Ashwin 29, 2083.
The meeting has approved an 11% cash dividend worth Rs. 5.38 crore, including tax, for its shareholders. The meeting also approved the annual report, financial statements for FY 2082/83 and the reappointment of N.B.S.M. & Associates as the auditor for FY 2083/84.
As of the end of Ashadh 2083, the company reported earnings per share of Rs. 12.66. Laxmi Sunrise Capital operates six closed-end and one open-end mutual fund, with a combined fund size of around Rs. 7 billion. It also manages the Rs. 1 billion Laxmi Sustainable Energy Fund, which invests in sustainable energy projects.
The company has been involved in Nepal's capital market for more than three decades and was the first institution in Nepal to sign the Principles for Impact Management, reflecting its focus on responsible and sustainable investment.
