Laxmi Sunrise Capital Appointed Issue Manager for Pushpalal Investment Company’s IPO

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for Pushpalal Investment Company's upcoming initial public offering (IPO).

Under the agreement, the compant will manage the issuance of 15 lakhs ordinary shares with a face value of Rs. 100 each totaling Rs. 15 crores to the general public.

The agreement was signed by Rajiv Sapkota, Chairman of Laxmi Sunrise Capital, and Lal Prasad Sawa Limbu, Chairman of Pushpalal Investment Company, in the presence of Bijay Lal Shrestha, CEO of Laxmi Sunrise Capital.

Pushpalal Investment Company is an investment company focusing on sectors including energy, information technology, communication and tourism, with an aim to support long-term economic growth and development.
