Laxmi Sunrise Capital Appointed Issue Manager for Buddha Regency Limited IPO

Buddha Regency Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for its upcoming IPO.

The hotel plans to issue 15 lakhs ordinary shares to the general public at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, amounting to Rs. 15 crore.

The agreement was signed between Buddha Regency Director Sunil Agrawal and Laxmi Sunrise Capital, CEO Bijay Lal Shrestha at the capital's office in New Baneshwor on Bhadra 25, 2083.

Buddha Regency Limited, a five-star hotel based in Siddharthanagar, Rupandehi, located opposite Gautam Buddha International Airport, it operates under the Ramada by Wyndham brand in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The hotel has more than 100 rooms, along with banquet halls for destination weddings and two dedicated halls for corporate events.
