Laxmi Sunrise Bank Joins Hands with NCHL to Launch NEPALPAY Card Services

Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has partnered with Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) as a principal member of the NPS-National Card Switch (NPS-NCS) and the domestic card scheme NEPALPAY. This collaboration allows Laxmi Sunrise Bank to issue and acquire NEPALPAY cards for its customers.

The NPS-NCS infrastructure aims to streamline domestic card transactions, reduce costs, ensure data localization, and promote innovation in Nepal’s digital payment ecosystem. With this partnership, Nepal’s card system is set to advance significantly, supported by Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s extensive branch and ATM network.
