Laxmi Laghubitta 6th & Rapti Hydri AGM today; Laxmi Laghubitta to endorse 26.32% dividend

Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) is conducting its 6^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Mangsir 3, 2074). The AGM is being held at Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 10% bonus shares and 16.32% cash dividends from the net profit of the FY 2073/74.
• To amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The book closure date for the AGM was set from Kartik 23 to Mangsir 3, 2074. Only those shareholders holding their shares till Kartik 22, 2074, i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. Laxmi Laghubitta has earned net profit of Rs 2.25 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 22 crore. After distribution of 10% bonus share, the paid up capital will reach to Rs 24.2 crore Rapti Hydro and General Construction Limited is also conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Mangsir 3, 2074). The AGM is being held at Indreni Foodland, Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 3:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse decision for issuing Initial Public Offering (IPO).
• To convert preference shares into ordinary shares.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The book closure date for the AGM was set on Kartik 12, 2074 to Mangsir 3, 2074. Thus, shareholders holding their shares till the day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
