Laxmi Group Unveils Karry Electric Vans in Nepal, Pioneering Commercial EV Shift at NAIMA 2025

LXG Motors Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Nepal’s prominent Laxmi Group, has announced the launch of the Chinese electric commercial vehicle brand ‘Karry’ in Nepal. Two new electric van models, KEVAN 1 and KEVAN 2, will be officially unveiled at the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2025, starting from Shrawan 21.

These vans, produced by Chery Commercial Vehicles, offer up to 300 km range with a 53 kWh CATL battery and will be available in Commercial (grey) and School (yellow) variants. With a legacy of distributing top global automobile brands like Hyundai, BMW, and SML Isuzu, Laxmi Group’s move into the fully electric commercial segment reinforces its commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly transportation in Nepal.
