Laxmi Bank’s 25.42 lakh units of bonus shares listed today

Altogether 25,42,237 units of bonus shares of Laxmi bank Limited has been listed for trading at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited today.
On March 27, the commercial bank’s 13th Annual General Meeting had duly endorsed 15 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
The bank had announced the book closure for the bonus shares on March 13. This means that those who hold the shares of the company till March 12 are entitled for the bonus shares.
