Last day to secure 35% & 21.05% dividend of National Microfinance & Himlayan Distillary respectively

Today is the last day to secure 35% & 21.05% dividend of National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) and Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) respectively. The book closure date for both the companies has been set for Mangsir 15, 2074. Only those shareholders holding shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. until today (Mangsir 14, 2074) are eligible to apply for the dividend of the companies. National Microfinance will be convening its 4^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 27, 2074 while Himalayan Distillery will be convening its 17^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 29, 2074. NMFBS’s last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs 2930 as on November 27,2017 while HDL’s LTP is at Rs1387 as of yesterday.
