Last day to secure 15% & 31.58% dividend of Vijaya Laghubitta & Samata Microfinance respectively

Today is the last day to secure 15% dividend of Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS). The book closure date has been set from Mangsit 1 to Mangsir 16, 2074. Thus only those shareholders holding shares till today (Kartik 30, 2074) i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. VLBS had announced 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividends to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. VLBS paid up capital stands at Rs 16.10 crore and after 10% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 17.71 crore. It had earned Rs 75.28 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) will be convening its 5^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 16, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Red Carpet, Narayangadh, Chitwan at 11:30AM. Its LTP stood at Rs 1,088 as of last trading day. Today is also the last day to secure 20% dividend of Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA). The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Mangsir 1 to Mangsir 16, 2074. Thus only those shareholders owning shares till today (Kartik 30,2074) i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividends. Separate book closure date will be announced for the right shares. SMATA has proposed 20% bonus share. It has also proposed 11.58% cash dividend (including tax purpose) from the profits it earned in FY 2073/74. After issuing 20% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 3.79 crore from existing Rs 3.16 crore. It had earned net profit of Rs 22.63 lakh in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75. SMATA will be conducting its 4^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 16, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Icchya, Simara, Bara at 12:30 PM.
