Last day to hold the shares of Sanima Bank for its 14th AGM; Shareholders to receive 14% cash dividend

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) to receive 14% cash dividend from its upcoming AGM.
Sanima Bank will be conducting its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 27th Mangsir, 2075 (13th December, 2018). The AGM will be held at Rashtra Sabha Griha, Pradarshni Marg from 10:00 AM onwards. The main agenda of the AGM are:
- To endorse 14% cash dividend worth Rs.1.12 Arba.
- To appoint two directors from ordinary shareholder group.
- To take needful steps for the implementation of brokerage services.
Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of the fiscal year 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 75/76. The shareholders register book of the commercial bank will remain closed on Mangsir 14, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Mangsir 13 will be eligible to participate in the upcoming AGM.
