Last day to hold the shares of National Microfinance, Citizen Investment Trust and Shree Investment for their AGM

Today is the last day to hold the shares of National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha, Shree Investment and Finance and Citizen Investment Trust for participating in their respective AGM.

National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) will be convening its 5th AGM on Mangsir 28, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of the R.K Banquet at 10:30 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

  1. To distribute bonus shares in the ratio of 10:2.5 (25%) increasing its paid-up capital to Rs 15.04 crore
  2. Amendments in the MoA and to provide authority to the BoD to make further changes

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial statement for the FY 2074/75, distribution of 15% cash dividend worth Rs 1.80 crore and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.

The AGM will also be appointing of 1 director from promoters.

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) will be convening its 23rd AGM on Poush 06, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Nepal Tourism Board, Bhrikutimandap at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

  1. Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2073/74
  2. To provide approval to the proposed 22.06% bonus shares and 1.16% cash dividend for the FY 2073/74.
  3. Appointment of representative from promoters and ordinary shareholders.

Shree Investment Finance Limited (SIFC) is holding its 24th Annual General Meeting on Poush 2nd 2075 as per the notice published today.

The AGM will be held at Russian Culture Center, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu at 10 AM.
Earlier, 10% cash dividend which was proposed by SIFC in 23rd AGM was approved from AGM and Nepal Rastra Bank.

The main agendas of the AGM are:

  • To endorse 8.77% cash dividend and 1.23% bonus share from the profit of 2074/2075.
  • To amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
  • To present major financial highlights of the FY 2074/75.
  • To appoint an auditor for the FY 2075/76.
