Last day to hold the shares of Deprosc Laghubitta to secure its 20% dividend; AGM to be convened on Magh 11

Today is the last day to hold the shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to secure its 20% dividend.

Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DDBL) will be convening its 17th AGM on Magh 11, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Bharatpur Garden Resort, Bharatpur, Chitwan at 11:00 AM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To endorse 10% bonus shares worth Rs 7.03 crore to its shareholders.
2. To make amendments in the MoA for increasing the issued and paid-up capital of the company
3. To make other necessary changes in the MoA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make such changes in the future

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of the audited report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution of 10% cash dividend.
