Last day to hold shares of Oriental Hotel Limited to participated in the AGM and claim 15.79% dividend

Today is the last day to hold shares of Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) to participate in the 22^nd AGM of the company.

The 22^nd AGM of the company will be held on Kartik 7, 2076 at Nepal Staff College, Jawlakhel from 11 AM onwards. The agenda of the AGM is to endorse 10.79% cash dividend and 5% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 75/76.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed tomorrow. Investors holding shares of the company till today will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend.
