Last day to grab shares of National Life Insurance to be eligible for 14.5% dividend; Book Closure on Sunday (Kartik 10)

National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) will be convening its 31st AGM on Kartik 24, 2076 at the premises of National Life Bhawan, Head office, Lazimpat, Kathmandu at 10:30 AM.
NLICL has proposed 2.5% bonus shares and 12% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75. The register of their shareholders remained closed from Kartil 10, 2076 till Kartil 24, 2076 for the purpose of its AGM.
Therefore, only those shareholders owning shares on Kartik 7, 2076 are entitled to the dividend of the company and participate in the AGM. Thus, today is the last day to grab shares of NLICL to gain eligibility.
With the adjustment of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 3.08 arba.
