Last Day to Grab Dividend of Laxmi Laghubitta (LLBS) and RSDC Laghubitta (RSDC)

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by the following two companies.

Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (LLBS) has called its 10th AGM on 10th Mangsir, 2078, i.e. November 26, 2021.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 27.368421% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 15 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 32.45 crores. 20% bonus shares and 7.368421% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 6.4 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 2.35 crores.

Kartik 30 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. As of writing, LLBS has an LTP of Rs. 1,925.

Similarly, RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has called its 8th AGM on Mangsir 10, i.e. November 26. The meeting will be held in Asian Hotel, Butwal, starting at 9 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 15 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 73,19,59,765. 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are a little over Rs. 7.31 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 38.52 lakhs.
