Last day to grab 5% cash dividend of United Modi Hydropower; LTP at Rs 271

Today is the last day to grab 5% cash dividend of United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL).
It had announced 5% cash dividend (including tax) worth 5,75,00,000 from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74.
Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 1.15 arba.
It had earned Rs 4.18 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75.
It will be convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 7, 2074. The AGM will be held at UWTC Hall, Tripureswor, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
Its LTP stood at Rs 271 as of last trading day.
